How to Enroll
Step 1
Read over our Important Information*. This will help you determine if daycare is a good option for your dog. This also includes information about our boarding services. You can find our grooming services and pricing under our Grooming Services* tab.
Step 2
Create an account through our Customer Portal* and fill out a Pet care agreement. Our booking platform allows clients to easily book services online, upload vaccine records and provide care instructions.
Step 3
You can upload their vaccine records to the portal, send them in an email, text us a picture or drop off at our front office.
The following vaccinations must be up to date in order to attend,
Rabies – Available in annual, and 3 year vaccines. Must be up to date according to the type of vaccine that was administered.
DHPP – Available in annual, and 3 year vaccines. Must be up to date according to the type of vaccine that was administered.
Bordetella – Required to be given annually but prefer every 6 months instead of annually. Dogs may not enter the facility until a 5 day incubation period has passed after their vaccination date.
Influenza – Is not mandatory at this time, but We are recommending that you think about getting it soon before it is mandatory.
Step 4
Schedule your free Meet and Greet Day! You can schedule by giving us a call. Meet and greets are done by appointments only. We suggest dropping During their meet and greet, we will ensure they are a good fit for our facility, making sure they do well with other dogs and categorize them into their preferred play group by size, temperament and play style. If you’re only interested in our grooming services, a meet and greet is not necessary.
Step 5
Look for your confirmation email. Once the above steps are completed, staff will verify that your dog’s vaccine records are up to date based on our requirements. If we need more information from you, you will receive a Pending Booking email with details on what we need in order to confirm your meet and greet booking. Once you receive a Confirmation email your dog is ready to visit!
Once your dog completes their meet and greet day and we determine they are a good fit for our facility then you are welcome to book any services moving forward through the Customer Portal!
